TNKR is seeking volunteer tutors to help North Korean refugees improve their English.

–3-4:50 pm, Track 1 Orientation

–2-4 pm, Matching session
–4-4:20, Review policies, form Kakao groups

Here’s Casey Lartigue Jr.‘s summary about a recent TNKR Matching session.
 
What: (TNKR) Teach North Korean Refugees is seeking tutors for its 56th language matching session. This will be an open session, meaning that tutors and students will negotiate about meeting times, days and places.
 
When: The Matching session will be held on Sunday April 23, the mandatory Orientation will be held on Saturday April 22.
 
WHERE: at the TNKR office near Gwangheungchang line 6 exit 4 (two stops from Hapjeong, six stops from Itaewon station).Who: YOU!

Why: Refugees keep telling us: “I need English!”

How: Sign up here! We invite refugees based on the number of tutors who sign up and complete the application process. Returning tutors must go through the application process again.

Note: Follow the easy three step process here, and remember: Do it right, or do it twice. (Incorrect or incomplete resumes will be rejected.)
