Next Sunday will be a day of good food, Sangria and goodwill. The
The Workshop will be hosting a pop up by Taeyoung Chang. Part of all proceeds for this food pop up will be donated to TNKR.
Taeyoung Chang has been cooking since before puberty, and hasn’t aged a day since. For the last 5 years he has been working in Michelin restaurants to food carts throughout San Francisco and New York. His career has mainly been in his hometown of Vancouver, BC, working with various farms and businesses on how to utilize food waste; his latest obsession is cooking Vegan food, because it’s a challenge. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and loves talking in the third person.
He will be serving:
BBQ Grilled Chicken w/ scallion salsa verde
Carrot salad: Blistered Carrots, Spring Greens, Smoked red pepper sauce, crispy garlic
Chickpea Salad: Spring greens, Sweet leeks, sesame seeds
