The Teach North Korean Refugees Global Education Center will be holding a tutor recruitment weekend on March 16-17, 2019, from 2-4 pm at the TNKR office near Gwangheungchang Station (Line 6, exit 4)
The Matching session at which refugees choose their tutors will be held on March 30 from 2-5 pm at the TNKR office. It is *mandatory* to attend an orientation (on March 16 or 17) and the Matching session (March 30).
Orientation Option 1: March 16 from 2 pm
Orientation Option 2: March 17 from 2 pm
Matching (by invitation only):
March 30 from 2 pm
* Commitment: Minimum 3 months / twice a month (per refugee) / 90 minutes per session
* Must be able to get to Seoul at least twice a month for tutoring sessions.
We are looking for serious volunteers who are willing to respect the privacy of the refugees and provide to them a safe learning environment.
